Coaching Groups: we are all in this together

Come join a small cohort of brave individuals ready to take a stand for health.

Get all the benefits of a fully individualized plan while drawing on the support and combined knowledge of fellow change warriors.

Six weekly group sessions (90 minutes): a combination of skills training, group and individual exercises, support and idea-sharing

One - 15-minute individual coaching session each week: progress monitoring, workability check-ins, data-based decision making, and individualized practice of skills Access to the coach: via phone, video, email, text, or carrier pigeon.

Social supports mapping: working to find the right people in your life to lift you up and help you thrive

Barrier problem solving: identify what’s getting in the way and plan flexibly for future obstacles

The rest of your life.

Throughout the program we repeatedly ask two questions:

  1. How is this working for me, in my life, right now?

    AND

2. Does this fit the life I want for myself and my loved ones going forward?

Diets, weight loss programs, and fad workouts all might work for a period of time, however, they are difficult to maintain if they don’t fit into your life in a way that still supports the other critical areas like family, relaxation, sleep, work, or socializing.

Our approach addresses all of these critical areas to create a sustainable and lasting habit change. Future planning is embedded into every step of the process leaving participants with real-world tools to continue to forge their new paths.
