    Our program helps each client build a mindful practice in their life. We focus on practical ways to incorporate mindfulness into your existing daily routine. Building skills around noticing what pushes us towards and pulls us away from the decisions we want to make, helps clients open up a space to make decisions that make their life better.

  • Individualized Programming

    We each walk a different path on this journey called life. We work with you to figure out how to keep taking steps towards what matters to you. Each program is customized based on the needs and desires of the client. Intake interviews and assessment tools identify each client’s specific needs. Progress is monitored ongoing and modifications are made to ensure success.

  • Holistic Approach

    Our eating behavior does not occur in a vacuum. We help our clients identify areas in their life that make healthy choices harder (sleep, stress, relationships, work, etc.) and create an individualized plan across the areas of life that matter to them.

  • Sustainability

    We work closely with each client to monitor the sustainability of changes they make. Diets don’t work because they are too difficult to sustain over time. Through frequent workability checks, we help clients ensure they are making changes that will last a lifetime.
